Right now, there is no establishment periodical for aviation and naval innovation due to political correctness and a desire to have everyone go along on a groupthink "band wagon". General Patton was right when he said; "No one is thinking if everyone is thinking alike". The best way to come up with the most creative, innovative and efficient means is through total honesty and candor that includes---not excludes---as many views as possible, not live under a restrictive groupthink.
