Hey guys. Myles from Southampton here.. Just got my 09 invoice from the almighty UCI.. One of my days is in CHF 1488 (uci c1) and one of my days is listed as EUR 1488 (uci c1..)  Anyone else get that?  OR anything in EUR?  Adam and I are thinking one is a typo, but which one........

And I'm unwilling to call the Uci directly and give the the opportunity to jack me without mercy.

Thanks

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As was discussed in Kansas at the USAC Cross Nationals, we have been working on the first annual USA Cycling Cyclo-cross promoters summit. This event will be held in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center and I believe that the dates that were suggested at that meeting were April or early May. We are currently looking at April 24-26, however, I have recently received several e-mails and phone calls suggesting that  a later date may work better for many of you.

I am reaching out to you today to gauge interest in this summit and to try and come up with a viable date that will work for the majority.  Obviously, the goal is to host this event prior to the bid period for the 2010-11 UCI Cyclo-cross calendar, which begins in early October.

I look forward to your suggestions.

Thank you,

Justin Rogers

Hi all,

Thanks for continuing to pursue this.  I can participate on ANY other weekend but the one proposed (April 24-26) from now through the end of May and I am very interested in attending.

Cheers,

Joan

Hi Justin.  My calendar is completely swamped during April & May, so I'm going to need the Cliff Notes :-) if the summit happens.  Perhaps I could pursue my co-hort in crime to come, but that's my only shot of representing the Catamount races at this summit.

Thanks,
Alan

Looks like Kelly just uploaded his spreadsheet, but that second file I put
up was the conversion rate if you want to do the math yourself. 1 Euro is
1.4 USD.

Hi all-

Just to let you know that I am revising the Granogue Cross from C1  down to C2 for this year.

Granogue and Wissahickon Cross will also be dropping the UCI U-18 races.

The C1 to C2 move was for lack of funding and the dropping of the U-18 race was due to lack of demand.

The USGP is doing a fine job holding the UCI Jr races and with school etc the Jr’s have too much travel going on.

Sincerely

Tom McDaniel

Granogue Cross
