U.S. 22 runs from Cincinnati, Ohio to Newark, New Jersey. US 22 carries the names of the William Penn Highway throughout most of Pennsylvania.
U.S. 322 begins in Downtown Cleveland and becomes Mayfield Road until it enters Pennsylvania taking a northeasternly course to Meadville and then runs generally southeast to State College PA and then east to Chester. it enters New Jersey just north of Delaware and goes (Black Horse Pike) on to Atlantic City.
U.S. 422 in Ohio begins in Cleveland OH and ends at Ebensburg PA.
U.S. 422 in Pennsylvania begins in Hershey and ends at King of Prussia, near Philadelphia.
