I was not aware of the schisms which appear to be
taking place in
ULC. Sounds like the "We Are One" slogan may need to
be replaced.

Of course the Roman Catholic Church still uses the name
"Catholic" [=
universal] even though it, too has experienced schisms,
such as the
Reformation.

I would say it is money that drives much of this, or as
the French
might say "cherchez l'argent".
