My name is Karen Adams. I am Mum to Zack and three other children. Zack (12 and pictured, right, when he was 9) is diagnosed as on the severe end of the Autistic Spectrum and follows a gluten free, casein free diet.

This is a group which principally helps navigate the continual reforms of the British health and education services. We're here to share and learn from our successes and failures. We've had plenty of both.
