Description

We are devoted to the reunion of the Turkel (Turkle, Terkel, Tirkel, Tyrkel, etc.) folks, by performing genealogy research and maitaining worldwide communication among them. We've found descendants of 18^th century mostly European Jews (Galicia previously Volniya), who likely originated in Turkey, following their expulsion from Spain ~1492. Regadless of your religion or nationality we welcome your membership if you are family related to a Turkel folk and provide inforamtion about your family members.
