An ad hoc group of friends who meet weekly to enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and socializing.

In the summer,starting around the third week in June, we meet at 7:30AM. In the winter, we meet at 8:00AM beginning in mid-September. If you'd like to join us, just show up about 10 minutes prior to the start time on any Tuesday.

We meet in a parking lot EAST of Pearl St. and Foothills Parkway. Turn south off Pearl onto Pearl East Circle (also 49th St.)at the first stoplight EAST of Foothills Parkway. Turn left (east) at the first junction, go half way around the traffic circle and you'll see an almost empty lot to your north - you'll turn left into it after going halfway around the traffic circle. The lot is right next to the bike path, and not adjacent to any of the office buildings. Please arrive a little early so we can decide where to hike and set up car pools. Bring water, lunch, snacks, extra clothing and appropriate back-country equipment, including snowshoes and YakTrax in the winter.

By clicking on the "Database" link to the left you can add you name and address to the group phonebook. (This will help exchange information to others since in the member list only your e-mail is listed unless other information is in your Yahoo profile.) The phonebook's contents are visible only to the group users and can't be viewed or accessed by anyone outside the group.

On the left panel look to "Messages", "Photos", "Files", to see what's contained here for your group. If you want to send a message go to "Post" under "Messages." If you want want to put a photo on-line go to "Photos" and add a new album or a new photo in an existing album. Please start all album names with Year, Month and Date in the format "yymmdd" - this will keep all the albums in sequence. Explore!
