Who: every parent of a current or former Scout in Troop 501 (and this means
you! No Scouts, please - we will invite the upcoming SPL / ASPL to be part of
the meeting).

When: Saturday, July 25th, 4:00 p.m.

Where: my house, 2045 Waters Ferry Drive, L'ville, 30043

Troop Committee Meeting Agenda: 4:00 - 5:30: Review and approve Troop
Calendar and Budget for the upcoming Scouting year; Discuss other
initiatives for the upcoming year.

5:00 until....fellowship! (Spouses who don't want to be part of the
committee meeting are also welcome to show up at 5:30!) Lisa and I are
providing ribs, potato salad and soft drinks (I'll put out a basket for
donations to cover the cost of the ribs). Please bring a side dish.
