We are a group of volunteer Amateur Radio Operators who serve the cities of San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, and Dana Point, California. We are chartered as a RACES group by the State of California and the County of Orange.

Our purpose is to assist with communications during an emergency when called on by an emergency services manager of any of the three cities within the Tri-Cities area. We practice and develop our radio communications skills by participating in weekly nets and monthly meetings.
