This group is for anyone who is involved in or interested in transracial adoption. (Transracial adoption is the adoption of any child that is of a different race than one or both adoptive parents.) Involvement by both adoptive and birth parents is highly sought and encouraged. Main rule: BE NICE. Don't post anything you wouldn't want your children to read. Also, this group will actively involve and discuss Christianity. I personally am pro-life and pro-heterosexuality.
My favorite book is titled "Does Anybody Else Look Like Me? A Parent's Guide." Additionally, did you know that cross-cultural adoption is biblically supported? Moses was adopted by the Egyptian princess! (And to the best of my understanding, his birth mother was named Jochebed.) Jochebed was an instrument of God's plan and her willing sacrifice enabled the Israelites to be freed from slavery!
