The term Traditional here refers to a specific European/British Isles frame of reference and encompasses a decidedly Non-Wiccan usage.
This specific form of Traditional Witchcraft is a departure from anything considered New Age as it has for a historical foundation the legends, ballads, and lore from hundreds of years ago that is found in the symbolism of nursery rhymes, faery tales, old wive's tales and the like.
