Hello All,

Over the last two years I have transitioned my WW2 figures from 'small' 1/72
scale (Esci/Italeri/Revell)to 'large' 1/72 scale (Valiant Miniatures).  As a
result of this premature mid-life crisis I now have a considerable surplus of
small 1/72 scale plastics.

Some of you out there may have purchased Valiant Miniatures and been put off by
the larger figures.  If other members of this group have any Valiant Miniatures
and are looking to offload them I am sure we can work out a very decent trade
for some Esci/Italeri/Revell figures.

Furthermore, if anybody is looking for WW2 specific figs or weapons please drop
me a line and I may be able to help you out.

    I have nearly a box each of Zvezda GNW Russian Infantry and Swedish Infantry,
loose and primed in flat white (received in a previous trade). If you are
interested, I would like to add some Revell SYW Prussian Hussars, Austrian
Cavalry, and/or Austrian Gunners to my "barracks".  Perhaps we can negotiate a
trade/buy or combination...

I managed to visit the Halifax Model Shop (Piece Hall) and picked up a box of
Zvezda Janissaries.  I will need some of them for my DBA-RRR army but will have
spares.

Struggling to find anything to use for Pancerni or Ottoman Feudal sipahis (maybe
Polish hussars?).  The Ottoman box seems to be all light cavalry!  Once I have
sorted this out there will again be spares.

Model shop had 2 x Persian Cav & Ch (on NY Eve).  Just arrived were Zvezda
Scythians that looked good (but outside my period).

Still have those Polish Troops?  Not sure if you are interested but I dug up a
few things:  20 metal RSM Saxons(all in the same advancing pose), a sprue of the
older HaT Bavarians, a sprue of the HaT Avante Garde, and a bag of Qualiticast
Grenadier/Middle Guard(?) firing(4 figs).
Let me know if any of this interests you!

in Normandy'.
