salsa- pressure canning
i am finding conflicting information on pressure canning salsa-- can it be pressure canned? if yes, time and pressure? thank you Bob Taylor here's my recipe

Boiling foods before canning them also drives air out of the food, which usually makes for a nicer looking product, and you may get more potatoes into the jar

Boiling them first prevents bad color changes.  You don't need to "cook" the potatoes just boil them lightly and drain and can.  If you can without boiling

My friend gave me a great soup recipe that uses potatoes. Quart recipe: 2 cups diced potatoes, 1 cup diced carrots, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped

No! Do the mineral oil trick. I just got 10 cartons of 18 eggs each for 25cents a piece and we coated them all in mineral oil. They are still perfect one month
