RE: Pool Cleaning

Oh Sir I will reply, you have done nothing except make complaints, get your facts wrong, make false accusations, and been nothing more than a royal pain in the arse.

What exactly is your problem with AAA except for the fact that you had a bug up your bum to keep Pamper who we have had trouble with for years? You are one of those people in a condo who love to complain but DO NOTHING to resolve or help a problem.

If you spent half as much time being CONSTRUCTIVE as you have been DESTRUCTIVE we might get somewhere.

With what you have written below and the actual facts of the situation, I can only assume you are either just as stupid as you sound, or have lost all sense of reality. They made a mistake on price, honored the mistake bust asked for material cost which given what we are getting in value of service is a drop in the bucket of what this job should have cost.

BUT according to you, we should get someone else, and get charged three times the price for the same job, are you just completely nuts? What part of being a ridicules idea don’t you understand?

There have been some real idiots on both boards in the past, but you really are quite the most stupid we have had to deal with.

Jonathan.

Yes Jonathan.

I am not using your name at all.

But for the fact that you insisted vehemently to switch to AAA because they are a FULL service company and very professional.

so far this has not been the case.

Jeff at AAA promised to me for free on the phone and then denied it, we agreed ALREADY for $500.

BUT

Specifically on the $500 to clean the pool, the YOU mentioned, they are so incompetent that even that is incorrect and want to change at least $750.00

GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT.

no need to reply

Brian.

I don't think I am being unfair.

Jonathan has presented them as a FULL SERVICE pool company, and very professional.

Jeff, that is supposed to be a Professional offered to clean the pool free and then for $500.

If he had no idea of what cleaning the pool will cost him he should not have given us a price.

He did because of his experience, if is not to be trusted, I am not sure we want him to work on our pool, for $500 or $5000.

AAA has been working on the TDM pool for 4 months.

Since the beginning they promised:

 1. REPLACE fill valve

 2. Clean the pool

They have done NONE of these 2 things.

As for the rest I cannot see any difference in pool maintenance than what was performed by Pamper.

I STRONGLY advise NOT to proceed with this company.

We must not proceed with the pool cleaning with AAA at this time.

Let do things properly

Have them REPLACE the fill tank FIRST.

Then we can do the rest.

I do not want to pay these people to work on our pool if they are not professional

THESE PEOPLE MUST DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

Let's stick to the basics, let's do things right.

I would advise to do fewer things right than many things wrong.

Dana: PLEASE CALL ME 561-620-4868

All-
Nick-Your way off base here !!!  This was an honest mistake made by an employee and not the owner-when was the last time you ever had a pool acid washed for $500 ??? You can't even get a home pool done for that price. Nick, feel free to go ahead and make a few phone calls and see how much an acid wash cost for a commercial sized pool I think your going to be rather surprised.
Let's also keep in mind since we have had AAA we have not had any "pool issues" (heater, filter, leaks)that were were having with Pamper-so the change was good.
As the owner stated the chemicals alone cost $250.00. The owner is willing to honor his employee mistake lets give him credit for that.  Donna, we need to keep this moving forward as season is just around the corner.
Thanks-
Brian

Nick,

As you know I had nothing to do with picking the pool company, but in their defense (a) Jonathan misunderstood what was free, it was not the interior cleaning of the pool, (b) when I informed Terry that we would be doing this starting next Monday and asked him to post notices on the bulletin boards, he said he used to this in Oklahoma and was absolutely shocked when I told him it was $500 because he said that he used to charge around $2,000, which was the going rate.  Coincidently, after having that conversation with Terry, the next day I received a phone call from the owner asking me who quoted that amount because it was absurd, he then spoke with Jeff, and then called me back and said that he felt he needed to do it at that price because Jeff did, in fact, quote that to me, but said that he will have to charge for the chemicals, etc....
