This is an online group for homeschooling families in the Thumb of Michigan. Our goal is to provide members with a network of friends within our area with which to share our homeschooling adventures.

Homeschoolers are a very diverse group of people; *all* are welcome here! We may live, think and learn in different ways, but it is homeschooling that draws us together. As a way of maintaining friendships, we shy away from controversial topics that aren't related to homeschooling and tend to stick to the subject of homeschooling. Please be respectful and tolerant of the opinions of others if they differ from your own.

Remember to put OT in your subject line if your subject is off-topic to homeschooling.

It is encouraged that all members participate in the group. While this group does not have regular in-person meetings, anyone is welcome to set up or share information about a field trip, class, activity, park day or other get-together. If you have ideas or questions regarding the topic of homeschooling, feel free to voice them!
