Star of HBO's series Hung, Tom is a Golden Globe-nominated, talented, and versatile actor in entertainment industry with films Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Nemesis, The Crow: City of Angels and critically-acclaimed indie films The Last Time I Committed Suicide (with Keanu Reeves, Adrien Brody) and Boogie Nights. He has small roles in Face/Off and The Thin Red Line, was in cult hit Thursday, and broke through to mainstream with action thriller Deep Blue Sea.

Tom worked in films Magnolia, Molly, Under Suspicion and hit home run with Billy Crystal-directed 61* playing baseball legend Mickey Mantle (Barry Pepper as Roger Maris).

Hollywood movies with celebrity co-stars ensued. Original Sin (with Angelina Jolie, Antonio Banderas), The Sweetest Thing (with Cameron Diaz), and Dreamcatcher (with Damian Lewis, Jason Lee, Morgan Freeman).

Tom starred in The Punisher (with John Travolta, Rebecca Romijn), based on Marvel comic book character, much praised Stander, The Tripper directed by David Arquette, The Mist from Stephen King novella, Killshot (with Mickey Rourke, Diane Lane), Mutant Chronicles (with Ron Perlman), Give 'Em Hell Malone, short film Butler's In Love, guest-starred on TV shows Arrested Development and Medium, created Bad Planet comic book (next 6 issues soon).

Tom starred in HBO TV series Hung (with Anne Heche, Jane Adams) for 3 seasons, I Melt With You with Rob Lowe and Jeremy Piven, directed and starred in Dark Country. New movies include LOL (Laughing Out Loud) with Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus, The Devil's Commandos, Sleight of Hand, Lycan.

Tom owns production company, RAW Studios with active Forum.

Tom has daughter, Harlow, by Patricia Arquette.
