Private, by-invitation-only group for those theistic ("traditional") Satanists who (1) believe that THINKING is of vital importance; (2) have shown evidence of deep, clear, and careful thought in the other, more public Theistic Satanism email groups listed here; and (3) appear to be in touch with practical realities. Spirituality is important too, but it isn't everything.

By the words "philosophy" and "philosophical," we are not referring to any specific "Satanic philosophy" (ideology). Rather, we mean the art of thinking clearly and deeply.

Members of this group are encouraged to continue to conduct most of their discussion in our moderated public groups. This private group, Theistic-Satanists-philosophical, should be reserved for those discussions that some of us may wish to hold out of earshot of the larger Satanist scene, e.g. discussion of personal spiritual or magic(k)al experiences which some of us may prefer to share with only a handful of the more intelligent theistic Satanists.

To be considered for membership in Theistic-Satanists-philosophical, you must first participate regularly (at least 4 or 5 posts per week), for at least two full months, in at least two of the public forums listed here, including the main Theistic-Satanism group. Please do NOT apply to join Theistic-Satanists-philosophical until you meet this basic eligibility requirement.

Except for being unmoderated, the Theistic-Satanists-philosophical group is subject to the same rules as the other groups, including a prohibition on advocacy of violent criminal activity.
