The Prospect Players is a long-running community theatre group in the Chicago suburbs, founded by the late Arlington Heights playwright/songwriter Thomas Lolakos. Today, the Prospect Players still produces his plays and showcases his music, as well as mounting concerts, recitals and theatrical revues that put the spotlight on local suburban talent.

We are always looking for new members - actors, singers, musicians, directors, stagecrew and publicity/review assistance - wanting to be involved with original community theatre and concerts that run eclectically from showtunes to classical to pop, folk and alternative rock. Our current stage home is at Unity Northwest Church in Des Plaines, IL, but we are also interested in playing at other venues, expanding our production schedule and performance-licensing plays for broader production.
