"The mission of the PSA 302 Orange Hat Patrol is to encourage each resident to contribute a little time and effort to improve the neighborhood in which we live. To aggressively address minor community issues, before they become major neighborhood problems; to encourage all residents to act collectively to bring community and city resources to bare in an effort to foster a neighborhood environment in which we, as individuals, families and neighbors, will feel secure and safe; and to develop a community where our children will be nourished, and encouraged, as they move towards reaching their full potential."
