Description
Communal living, community thinking based group interested in sharing land and working together to become self-sufficient. The hippies of the 60's had a great thing going, but now it's time to revamp this thought into a family oriented, realistic joint living adventure. I know there are many of you that had tried "commune" living at some point in time, but for some reason it didn't work out. What if you were a "share holder" of the land and had your own home? There would never be anyone acting as a "head" or "leader", more of a tight knit community with like goals and an equally strong urge to break away from the ever increasing crime and high cost of living.
I had a vision of sorts and in this vision, a small group of about 20 families did just that. They were the New Tribe. I have since been unable to stop thinking of this idea and continue to plan. That's where this group comes into play. I am interested to hear what everyone else is doing. So, feel free to join this group and lets start talking. ~Sue
