This group is designed to get the masses together to rationally, most of the time ;0), discuss what to do about legislation, politics, potential animal diseases, such as the NAIS legislation that will require the small animal & farmer to microchip all animals to track them. Folks want to have a voice regarding laws that are designed to help the large producer with no concerns to the small farmer, breeder, animal owner. This is also the place to discuss the potential threat of pandemic possibilities of the H5N1 Avian Flu~should it mutate. Are all the stories propaganda?, hype? or reality? We don't want to limit discussions, but no out and out flaming other members will be allowed. Know when to say, "we'll just have to agree to disagree"! NO SPAM allowed, unless it is a product geared toward the health & raising of the small farm animal. These 'Farmer's Markets Ads' will be allowed two days a week. To begin with, Monday & Wednesday. This will allow buyer and seller to touch base for week-end delivery/shipping. Should the sales take over discussion, we will discuss limiting or forgoing this aspect. Tell your neighbor, your farmer friend, and all interested parties that this list is here for them. Let's bring about change here in the USA and aboard! We're gearing up for a majority to make it be known at election times, we're sick and tired of losing our rights left and right! We want change, we want fresh new faces in the Local, State, and Federal seats! We're tired of professional Politicans that vote for which lobbyist has the most money! We want term limits once and for all! Last of all we want a fair wage to compensate for the skyrocketing prices of food, oil, land, and everything except wages for the little guy!
