The Dachshund Network group has been supporting one another since 1995 with issues relating to the care of this wonderful breed and pets in general, and in the process, educating those about the effects of the overpopulation crisis (through indiscriminate/irresponsible breeding and not spaying/neutering pets).
The requirement is that you respect the culture and abide by our rules and those of basic netiquette.

Please note: On April 14, 2004, Pork Chop (pictured at right) - the founder of The Dachshund Network, and many things Dachshund on the Internet - passed away.

October 28, 2007 Update: Paco, the sweet boy pictured on left, just passed to God on October 26th.
Our loss has left a void that no one could ever fill. Please say a prayer for these great boys, whose lives touched so many.
