This is the email group for the East Texas Gulf Coast Regional Trauma Advisory Council (RAC-R). The RAC is made up of Hospitals, Emergency Medical Services and other related entities who work together to promote trauma awareness and trauma prevention among the citizens of the nine-county RAC-R area. To be admitted to the group you must have a connection to EMS and/or Trauma interests within the RAC and/or the state of Texas. PLEASE GIVE YOUR FULL NAME AND YOUR AFFILIATION INFORMATION IN YOUR REQUEST TO JOIN THE GROUP.

Meetings of the RAC are held on the second Tuesday of the month on a quarterly basis. Meetings alternate between St. Elizabeth Hospital's Out Patient Pavillion in Beaumont, Texas and The Univiersity of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas.
