A Group for folks who live in and around Texas, that are interested in narrow gauge railroads, either modeling or prototypes.   No matter what road name you like, if it's narrow gauge and you want to link up with others in Texas or near by, this is a group for you.

Walking the old H&TC East of Austin
This is off topic, because this road was never a narrow gauge. The old H&TC that is now owned by Capitol Metro is getting new ballast. It looks pretty good

To make matters worse for 844, when she was taken to Georgetown (Texas) for work, her trailing supply box car was set out and I guess not 'braked down' enough.
