Texas Baptists

This group is established in order to provide a
forum for discussion of doctrinal issues applicable to the
Baptist faith. The group name in no way limits
participants to residents of the state of Texas but is an
indication of our roots and can in some ways give
indication of the pre-suppositions and pre-understandings
we bring with us to this forum. The foundation of this
forum is distinctly "non-reformed" but we encourage
participation of those who disagree with this foundation.
It is expected that participants in this forum will
conduct themselves in a gentlemanly (or ladylike) fashion
and to that effect, personal attacks, "flaming",
inflammatory rhetoric and any other disruptive discourse
will not be tolerated. We may, from time to time, modify
this statement with updated and applicable information
including links to websites we find helpful in our quest
for understanding.
