Telugu Association of Greater Sacramento(TAGS) is a non-profit organization registered in Sacramento CA in 2003, devoted to bring the Telugu community together with the awareness and promotion of Telugu culture in Sacramento area.

The main aim of this Group is to create a Telugu environment and to secure and promote the Telugu culture. TAGS celebrates various Telugu festivals annually and encourages participation by members and well wishers at these events.

TAGS organizes the celebration of Sankranti festival and one picnic in spring/summer every year. TAGS Membership is open to any one interested in Telugu culture or literature and able to speak and understand Telugu.
