That means that a 100 kb photo will be reduced to 25 kb very small, on a single click, and reduced to 50 kb on two clicks. If you download the photos available in the LINKS section (of the same girls shown in our PHOTO section) then you get the FULL size, as you do if you get some of those photos by email.
