She was instrumental in helping carry the burden to adopt two special children ~ one from Communist Belarus and the other from the Muslim nation of Kazakhstan.

The picture to the right shows Orphans still left behind in the system. By now they are well over two years old. Within a year, they will be considered practically 'un-adoptable' ~ By age four, Orphans are considered 'older children'. Prospective adopting parents rarely choose a child older than THREE. How sad that these kids will likely grow up in an Orphanage. At age sixteen they are out on the streets to fend for themselves. It is no wonder so many of them commit suicide, or turn to drugs & prostitution. There are thousands upon thousands just like them. Not just in Kazakhstan.
