Tango in Beijing!

TangoRen is a non profit organization, created to promote, launch and announce Argentinean Tango events, classes etc. in Beijing. This yahoo group is also a valuable platform for the Beijing Tango community to share information about Tango events around the world.

At the moment we have 3 cooperating weekly Tango Events in Beijing:

THURSDAYS (Tango at it's Core)by TangoRen:
8.00pm-9pm Michael's class, 50 RMB/30 RMB for members;
9pm-0am Milonga, free entry.
Venue: Sino Chu Wine Bar (Address see below)


FRIDAYS ("La Portena"-Tango at its passion):
7:30pm-9pm Beginners Group Class, learn your first tango steps from an
argentine teacher
Fees: 80 RMB/person/class
9pm-1am Milonga "La Portena", organized by Laura & Tayfun.
Entrance: 30 RMB (incl. 1 drink)
The passion and sensuality of argentine tango and a music
selection from the most famous tango orchestas.
