The purposes of this group are to diffuse Argentine tango news, support tango events, and promote pertinent communication among milongueros in our community. The only prerequisite for membership is that you consider yourself an Argentine tango fancier. Come and join us! MILONGA at Avondale Brewing Company on May 26th from 7:30-11PM. Address: 201 41st Street South, Birmingham, AL 35222. NO CLASS ON MAY 26TH.

Weekly practice at HandWorks on Wednesday, 6:45-8:30PM. 5$ fee. Address: 3234 Cahaba Heights Rd., Birmingham, 35243. Website <http://handworks-ot.com> T:383-8579. All levels are welcome. Beautiful dance floor, good music, wine and tango fellowship.

Weekly classes in Birmingham on Saturday at the Homewood Senior Center. Address: 816 Oak Grove Road. T: 332-6500. Roswell leads a Stretch and Warm-up session from 2:40-3:00PM. "Cool Moves" -intermediate to advanced level lessons- from 3:00-3:45 PM and Tango Basico from 3:50-4:50 PM. A short guided practice follows the classes. The syllabi of the Tango Fundamentals series are archived under "Files" in our website.

The cost for single or combined classes is $10 for adults and $5 for students; three single or combined classes for $25. Please sign-in the attendance log and leave moneys in the assigned envelope.
