This group has grown increasingly inactive over the years. It only remains in existence due to its very large and informative archive. New members are welcome, as is new activity, but don't join expecting to be reading a lot of interesting instruction or whatever, unless you intend to hit the archives on your own.

Tamarisk Crescent is primarily a "high" magick list/group, focused on the self-developmental or spiritual evolution aspect of magical practice. While not limited to this alone, we do prefer that you apply only if you are a serious aspirant or practitioner.

This group has a friendly, intimate nature, unlike most magick groups and Usenet. You must be at least 17 years old or have parental permission. Applicant needs to provide a compelling reason for wanting to join. New magicians are welcome if serious-minded. We have a no-flaming rule in place.
