Open to any style of belly dancer in the Tallahassee, FL area.

This group is intended as a gathering place for dancers in the Tally area to get to know each other, find out about each others events, organize practices, drum circles and/or just talk about belly dancing. It is a closed membership group (requires approval from the moderator) to keep spammers and freaks out; this is done to protect the list members.

To join, use the blue "Join This Group" button above, or send a message to TallahasseeBellyDancers-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. You will receive a questionnaire which must be answered before you will be granted 1.) access to our group archives and 2.) posting privileges. We will need to know your name, your dance name (if applicable), what style(s) of dance you have studied (Egyptian, Tribal, Turkish, etc), and your experience (baby belly, recreational hobbyist, instructor, professional performer, etc).

Debate and discussion is ALWAY welcome, but any type of blatant rudeness, inappropriate list etiquette, posting of spam or otherwise inappropriate material etc will cause a MEMBER to be moderated immediately. Second offense will result in permanent banning.

The only other rule in this group -- please PLAY NICE! You may not like a particular style of music, dance or costume choice, but please try to be helpful, rather than negative and critical.
