Description

TalkNigeria is a current affairs discussion group for Nigerians and citizens of our world with interest in Nigeria and Nigerian-related matters. Though the name implies an emphasis on Nigeria, it is an open forum for discussing African and world affairs as well.

The ultimate goal of TalkNigeria is to use our discussions and general advocacy to make Nigeria and the world a better place. We believe that anything outside this goal may not enhance the general objectives of TalkNigeria.

Membership is open to anyone of any race, nationality and background interested in discussing or debating political, social, economic and related issues from whatever perspective they so choose.

The group’s key principles are openness, freedom and respect for opposing views, as far as those views are expressed responsibly. It is self-moderated, meaning every person can post freely, except where the material posted or to be posted is adult content-related, terrorist and/or inciting material or any such material adjudged to be a danger to the group and the world at large.
