The TSA website provides links to business resources and information, to professional information, to suppliers, and to craft show information. It also provides members with recipes for soaps and toiletries, tips on improving their product, and guidelines for creating new products.

The TSA discussion list provides members with the ability to communicate with others in this field. Members can ask questions related to the business of soap making and receive immediate responses.

TSA annual conventions provide members the ability to buy and sell supplies and meet national suppliers. The conventions also introduce the members to the newest ingredients on the market, and provide educational opportunities.
