* You are welcome to join this group if you are an active TT Scale Railroad modeler in any country.

* TT_IMS is a group whose purpose is to promote active modeling of TT scale model railroading in all its relevant scales and gauges. Members of the group should be currently building TT equipment or a TT layout.

* Our secondary purpose is to supplement any existing TT Scale groups as a forum for actual modeling of TT and not for non-modeling discussions, complaints, arguments, or collecting.

* We exist as a group to encourage TT modelers to build, operate, and enjoy TT in the modern model railroading hobby. We encourage modelers to build with the latest materials, techniques, and kits; and upgrade or blend in heritage models into the 21st century hobby. We also encourage you to share your latest and greatest modeling tips and techniques with others in this group, and hopefully you will gain more knowledge, tips, and techniques for your own modeling.

* When you apply to join TT_IMS, you will be asked to provide some information about youself. Please answer the following two questions in the comment box that will appear as part of the process to join:
1- What primary scale do you model in?
2- Please list the models you have built in the past 12 months.

If you do not respond to the above two questions, you may not be allowed to join the TT_IMS group. No other message will be sent advising you of this. You must submit an answer. If you do not, your membership application may not be approved. This is being done to insure that people who like to send Spam mail, among other things, are not allowed in. New members may be put on Moderated status for a time.
