Rob,
To decode RTTY all you need is MMTTY on your computer.
Then put your computer mic near your rig speaker and
tune the RTTY so that it sounds like it will shake the
filling out of your teeth (real high tones, not high
volume!)

As for computer control of the rig, that can be done.
