This e-mail reflector / site is for Tri-City ARA. Tri-City ARA is the first amateur Emergency Communications group formed to serve the cities of the Southwest Salt River Valley Arizona.
We meet weekly on Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. MST on 446.400 MHz PL Tone of 100.
Emergency communication is the cornerstone of this organization with the development of operating teams to provide volunteer backup emergency communications support to the cities of Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park and surrounding areas in the event of disaster or local emergency as dictated by our cities Emergency Communications Centers. This is for real and deserves our immediate action in developing a quality system all of our local citizens and local Government Administrations (i.e., Homeland Security) can confidently rely upon.
