This is a support group for all members of the adoption triad that used the services of Tender Loving Care Adoption Agency which was located at the former PTL site in South Carolina. TLCAA records are held by Christian Family Services at 2166A Gold Hill Rd., Fort Mill, SC, 1-800-489-6030. There is a fee of $300 for them to open the old files. They can act as an intermediary as long as both parties agree. Template forms are available under the "Files" section of this page. It is suggested that you send a "confidentiality waiver" (see Files) to the agency to keep in your file.
