Description
The Tottenville Improvement Council is dedicated to the beautification of Tottenville and to the protection of our environment.
Anyone can request a cleanup or report a condition by sending an email to TIC10307@aol.com. The coordinator, John Grzeskowiak, will record the request in the EXCEL file found at this address. If the request is questionable, the coordinator will solicit a go-ahead vote from the working members.
TIC members should determine if clean-up requests are located on private property. Residents should also be encouraged to call 311 to resolve a complaint on city property.
