This group has been developed to offer homeschoolers the opportunity to pass on ANYTHING (that's legal to pass on)they want to rid themselves of. As homeschoolers, most of us live on one income. This is a great way to support each other in the lifestyle of homeschooling. No item is too big or too small; but since this is a FREE list, ALL items must be ABSOLUTELY and COMPLETELY FREELY GIVEN.

Anyone interested in FREELY GIVING AND GETTING no matter their homeschooling style may join. We just ask that you be a homeschooling family.

This group is not a discussion board, but a way to help other homeschooling families in the state of Texas.

Please do not sell items that other homeschoolers give away.

Items may be GIVEN away in person or through the mail and shipping can be paid by the receiver. The homeschooler GIVING the items should try to wait 24 hours for replies to come in before deciding on whom to give your items. PLEASE GIVE PREFERENENCE TO HOMESCHOOLERS before GIVING your item to another recycling group/user.

Attempting to GIVE your items first to your local homeschooling lists is preferable, but when you don't find someone to GET your item, GIVING it on this list is a beautiful thing.

The body of your message can say anything. We recommend NOT stating your homeschooling style in the body of the email. If you would like to state it in your response to the offerer, of course you can. We think it is enough to know that we are all homeschoolers.
