The dances are super simple and accessible to everyone. It's more about how they feel and social interaction, rather than "How am I doing / looking?". Some are centuries old, some are traditional steps set to new music or vice versa, and some are just plain new. Several facilitators share the load. It's an eclectic blend of music, steps, and a lot of fun, with the benefit of a light workout!
