This mailinglist is open to all Jewish women (regardless of denominational affiliation) who practice (or are interested learning about) the Timebound Mitswot (TBM's) from which they have traditionally been exempted, mainly focusing on tallit, tzitzit and tefillin.

This mailinglist is open to all women and their sympathisers who want to create a save and respectful space for discourse. The aim of this forum is to provide:

- A space to discuss Halachot pertaining to the TBM's.
- An opportunity to create friendships between kindred spirits
- A forum to discuss Judaism and Gender topics
- A forum to discuss practical and theoretical issues surrounding TBM's in general and tallit/tzitzit/tefillin in particular.
- A method to spreak knowledge and acceptance of female engagement with TBM's across the Jewish denominational spectrum.
- A resource for general education on Women and TBM's.

This mailinglist shall be open to both women and men but we request that only men join who are fully supportive of the aims of this mailinglist. This mailinglist is not intended for controversial or problematic discussions of the topic from a male point of view. The aim remains to create a safe space for women, first and foremost.
