Use the new parking garage at 4^th Ave & Broadway and just walk thru the underpass and you are there!  Another option is the large parking lot behind (west) of the Hut; from 4^th Ave & 6^th St, go west to Herbert and turn left (south) to between 7^th & 8^th St. You can just walk around the south end of the Hut and you are there!)
