I have listed today, with Mr. Edward Bay, a reproduction brass half Gunter's
Chain made by Mr. Milton Denny.

Reproduction Andrew Ellicott style (circa 1790) surveying chain (Gunter's
chain). Two Pole or "Half chain": 50 links of 7.92 inches = 33 feet. Made by
Milton Denny, currently the Nation's foremost reproduction survey chain
maker. Wirte handles, center swivel, brass tallies. Chain is approximately 4
years old, and has developed a nice, sought-after patina. Sells for $175.00
new. Mr. Denny typically has a waiting period of several months for new
orders.
