Description

The purpose of this group is to improve the community and neighborhoods of Sunnyvale, CA through peer-to-peer communication.

Consider this forum a cross between an "open" electronic city information kiosk and a local cafe where people can get together and chat about many different things. Please note however that contentious or political discussions should occur on SunnyvalePolitics, not SunnyvaleCafe.

Please read this list's Etiquette document in the Files section before posting.

Please be positive and use this list with care. This list depends on everyone's good manners and good will to help it run smoothly. Please be gracious and tolerant of all on the list. Do not question the moderators on public list. If you have moderation questions please send them to the -owner address.

Anyone with an interest in Sunnyvale may join and participate.

This group is run by volunteers and not the City of Sunnyvale. The volunteer moderators will do their best to keep this group reasonably on track but can make no guarantees. If you see anything that you think they should be aware of, please email them at the group's -owner address.

If you are interested in freecycling, please join Freecycle Sunnyvale. If you are interested in peacemaking, please join SunnyvalePeace. If you are interested in discussing politics, please join SunnyvalePolitics.

Thanks!

If indicated, you may take content from this group and re-use it to start your own community group.

Can we get Sunnyvale in on it? A larger regional plan would be much better. Any council members listening? Wayne From:
