STAR is the educational department of the 501 C3 (pending) Changing Winds Advocacy Center. STAR works to remove racism from education nationally. We take civil rights complaints from individuals whose children have suffered in their schools and we help them to resolve their situation.

STAR seeks to identify racism in all aspects of Native life and we work in a positive, educational way towards its elimination. We invite educators to join us, as the best place to begin is with the children.
