The Buddha said that spiritual friendship was the whole of the holy life. This group is for those who would like to share their journey with like minded friends. We can have a free flowing discussion relating to our spiritual life, consciousness studies and practice of mindfulness.

Although we can share from scriptures and spiritual writings which supplement our insights, including zen, sufism, and taoism, the focus of this list is personal input from the members of their own insights, mystical experiences, spiritual struggles, awakenings and the path to enlightenment.
