This group is for parents, family members, friends, loved ones, and professionals of kids with special needs in the Charlottesville and surrounding areas. We welcome all who are interested in networking with other parents for information, resources, and those who wish to support other families with children who have special needs (Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Aspergers, Downs Syndrome, Epilepsy or Seizure Disorder, Mental Retardation, Developmental Delay, Cancer,...). Albemarle, Fluvanna, Green, Louisa, Nelson, Augusta, Orange, Madison, and other surrounding counties are all welcome! New members will be moderated for a short time to avoid SPAMMING, and no flaming please. Include signature in all posts so we know who to respond to.
