The Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is soliciting your input on
local transportation issues. Amtrak is an OPTION! Please take the survey.

WAMPO is in the process of developing the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP)
2035. This will be a guiding document for the transportation system through the
year 2035. Strategies are being developed for the MTP 2035. These strategies
will be part of the action plan to guide our transportation system into the
future. To take their online survey, visit their website at

There are two strategies that are key to making sure Passenger Rail becomes a
reality in Wichita.
Please be sure to select at least these two strategies:
1) Determine a location for an AMTRAK stop for the Wichita area
2) study the feasibility of a transportation hub or mobility center for the
Wichita Area

The survey is up until end of business day July 23.
