This list is for the use of members of the
Southington Amateur Radio Assoc. (SARA) in Southington, Connecticut. You have to be a Southington ARA member or a guest member.
A List, or "reflector", is an email location that you send mail to, and all the members of the reflector get a copy. Think of it as an email "partyline" where all the subscribers of the reflector see what you send. (That means your messages are not private!).
Anytime you have a personal message to an individual, you should "send it privately". In otherwords, change the outgoing address to only the person that you want to receive the message.
Flaming, (aka namecalling, baiting, swearing at someone, off-topic comments, etc) IS NOT ALLOWED. This may cause you to be removed from the reflector. In otherwords, when you want to be nasty to someone, you better do it privately. I hope you enjoy the list. The List Administrator - KA1ILH
