This list is for the use of members of the
Southington Amateur Radio Assoc. (SARA) in Southington, Connecticut. You do not have to be an Amateur Radio Operator, nor a member of the club, to join the list. The only requirement is that you have an interest in Ham Radio. A List, or "reflector", is an email location that you send mail to, and all the members of the reflector get a copy. Think of it as an email "partyline" where all the subscribers of the reflector see what you send. (That means your messages are not private!).
Anytime you have a personal message to an individual, you should "send it privately". In otherwords, change the outgoing address to only the person that you want to receive the message. Flaming, (aka namecalling, swearing at someone, off-topic comments, etc) IS NOT ALLOWED. This may cause you to be removed from the reflector.
